Food cravings have many triggers. Many people crave certain
foods when they are stressed, have had a bad day, or are feeling
anxious. Food cravings can occur at a particular time of day
(always having a candy bar at three o’clock in the afternoon),
or when people are bored.
Your craving really isn’t about the food, it is about the
feeling that you get while eating the food and also after you
have eaten the food. You feel better in the moment, because you
satisfied your craving, but later you may beat yourself up
because typically what you craved is perceived as not good for
you, or will make you fat.
This EFT session is designed to help you release your food
craving by releasing tension and stress from your body, thus
